Stillwater Subdivision is a Neighborhood Watch community.

Join the Neighborhood Watch by sending a request to the HOA using the “Contact Us' tab above. Please include your name, address, and email address. Most communication is shared via email.

Our neighborhood has one of the lowest rates of reported crime in the area, but we still need to be alert and report any suspicious activity to the Sheriff’s office at 622-0022 (or 911 in an emergency).

Two areas of concern have been identified by your neighbors.

1. Unknown people and vehicles driving around the neighborhood. You may tell them that our neighborhood has requested “no soliciting” (there is a sign at the entrance), and ask them to leave your property. If you have any concerns or they refuse to leave your property, contact the sheriff’s office. If you witness anything very suspicious, such as someone attempting to open a neighbor’s car door or picking up a package from the porch, call 911.

2. Items have been removed from vehicles parked in driveways, especially when the vehicle is left unlocked. Lock your vehicle and your house, and don’t leave a visible garage door opener in the car. Outdoor lighting is also a good idea.

Protect your own home and vehicle by using outdoor lights and locking doors, keep an eye out for suspicious activity anywhere in the neighborhood, communicate with your neighbors about anything you have noticed.

Never take action if you observe suspicious activity, call 622-0022 or 911 and notify the Sheriff’s office.

Neighborhood Watch is a communication tool to share concerns with the community but always report to the sheriff first.
